We're seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Organic Social Team and help make Deel a household name in the B2B space. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our social media strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Deel's social media channels
• Create engaging content and curate community engagement
• Track and report on channel and campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on social strategies
• Manage creator partnerships and influencer campaigns
• Stay current with cultural and design trends
• Edit video and still content for quick-turn, reactive posts
• Write social copy for brand and executive posts
• Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of social media experience
• Innovative thinking and creative execution skills
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and analytics
• Experience with paid boosting strategies
• Proven track record of creating shareable content
• Proficiency in social media tools and workflows
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience working with international teams across time zones
