As our Senior Integrated Growth Marketing Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, you'll spearhead our regional marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with focus on pipeline maximization
• Collaborate with sales, central marketing, and digital teams on demand generation
• Own content and integrated campaign strategy from conception to execution
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth
• Track and report on key growth metrics and pipeline health
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights
• Implement region-specific marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize marketing budget and ROI

Requirements

• 5-10 years of regional/growth marketing experience in Northern European markets
• Proven track record in demand generation and channel development
• Innovative problem-solving approach and growth mindset
• Strong analytical and performance measurement skills
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities
• Fluency in German and English (additional European languages a plus)
