Product Marketing Lead

Dandy is revolutionizing the $200B dental industry through innovative technology solutions. As a venture-backed company, we're building the ultimate operating system for dental practices across America, helping dentists optimize their operations and deliver better patient care.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to spearhead our segment marketing initiatives across single-location, multi-location, and enterprise dental practices. This role will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and value propositions that resonate with dental professionals at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning and Messaging:

• Create segment-specific positioning and messaging frameworks
• Collaborate on web experiences that drive prospect conversion
• Monitor and optimize web page performance

Segment Storytelling:

• Develop segment-specific narratives and content strategies
• Create multi-channel content across the buyer's journey
• Work with design teams on visual storytelling assets

Customer Insights:

• Research and analyze customer needs and market trends
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Monitor competitive landscape

Sales Enablement:

• Create comprehensive sales resources and materials
• Partner with sales enablement on performance tracking
• Conduct quarterly win-loss analyses

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in technology or health science
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA or graduate degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B SMB and Enterprise product marketing experience
• Self-starter mentality with collaborative approach
• Positive attitude with strong sense of humor
