Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

We're seeking a Marketing Analytics expert to join our Global Revenue Analytics function. In this role, you'll partner with our Marketing team to drive data-informed decisions and enhance customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Airwallex's next growth phase by building consistent global processes while maintaining local agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends, creating impactful dashboards and presentations for marketing reviews
• Evaluate performance and ROI across multiple channels (CRM, Google Analytics, social media)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports
• Support campaign measurement and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
• Serve as subject matter expert for Marketing KPIs
• Support marketing forecasts, budgets, and A/B testing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years of Marketing Analytics or similar experience
• Digital marketing channel expertise (email, paid ads, SEO)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau)
• Strong knowledge of querying languages and BI tools
• Experience with data visualization tools

Nice to Have

• A/B testing and experimentation framework knowledge
• Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and applications
