We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market efforts across our commercial business. As a key player in our B2B Product Marketing team, you'll drive critical company decisions around new product launches and unlock growth opportunities through strategic positioning, pricing, and partnership models. This role requires a skilled storyteller who can transform product innovations into compelling narratives while working closely with field teams in a competitive healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Develop distinctive product positioning and messaging based on user research and market insights
- Plan and execute product launch strategies with cross-functional teams
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives with commercial teams
- Serve as product evangelist and subject matter expert
- Bridge communication between product, sales, customer success, and other teams
First 90 Days
- Deep dive into Virta's products, services, and go-to-market strategy
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Create new sales-facing GTM materials
- Support B2B growth initiatives including product launch upsells
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or Enterprise B2B2C markets
- Management consulting background preferred
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellence in storytelling and strategic communication
- Analytical mindset with market research experience
- Track record in sales enablement

Compensation range: $144,000 - $180,000
