Community Events Manager

The Role

Join our Field & Events team to build and nurture Ramp's growing customer community. You'll drive brand loyalty and engagement through strategic event planning and community management, working closely with Brand, Product, Customer Success, and People teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Ramp's community event strategy and execution
• Manage comprehensive program planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for aligned messaging and promotion
• Set and maintain high event quality standards
• Develop thought leadership strategies and speaker management
• Analyze event impact and prepare executive-level reporting
• Build scalable processes and vendor partnerships
• Provide onsite event management at NY HQ (multiple times monthly)

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in agency, tech, or SaaS
• Excellence in communication and stakeholder management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with adaptability
• Decision-making ability in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to travel multiple times per quarter
• Ability to work onsite in New York City
