Marketing Operations Manager, Revenue Funnel Management

Airwallex, the unified payments and financial platform for global businesses, is seeking a talented Marketing Operations Manager to oversee lead management across our Marketing and Sales funnel. As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of funnel dynamics, data analysis, and process optimization, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing leads and driving growth for our innovative fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize Marketing and Sales funnel performance using data analytics
• Identify and address inefficiencies to improve lead retention and stage progression
• Implement standardized processes for lead management across teams
• Create reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Train team members on funnel management best practices
• Oversee Marketing automation, AI technology, and CRM systems
• Stay informed about the latest trends in funnel management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or funnel management at a B2B tech company
• Strong problem-solving skills and data management expertise
• Experience in designing and implementing lead management processes
• Knowledge of B2B Sales processes and ability to align Marketing with Sales goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of customer journey and segmentation
• Certifications in Marketing automation platforms and basic SQL skills (preferred)
