We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding team and drive customer acquisition and activation through strategic communications campaigns. You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Content & Communications teams to optimize our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage email campaigns and workflows in Hubspot
- Support lifecycle team initiatives and cross-functional partner requests
- Maintain lifecycle send calendar and ensure email quality
- Collaborate with data team on audience segmentation
- Own lifecycle templating system and design standards
- Manage comprehensive email communications reporting and testing
- Develop deep understanding of Ramp's ICP and prospects
- Share insights across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Design teams
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B software (growth, lifecycle marketing, sales, or customer success)
- Strong knowledge of email best practices (compliance, deliverability, conversion)
- Excellence in copywriting with design sensibility
- Proficiency with CRM systems, attribution models, and lead scoring
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Amplitude)
- Understanding of A/B testing methodology
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Track record of achieving numerical goals
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Creative problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Haves
- Advanced Hubspot or marketing automation platform experience
- High-growth startup experience
- HTML and CSS knowledge for email marketing
- SQL and database analysis familiarity
