Marketing and Strategy Analytics Lead

We're seeking a Senior Marketing and Strategy Analyst based in San Francisco to drive growth in our Korean market. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring fluent Korean language skills and deep market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to Korea GM and US leadership through data-driven insights
• Oversee marketing metrics and spend reporting across teams
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness
• Develop models for attribution, media mix, and LTV forecasting

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience, including 2+ years in marketing
• Native/professional Korean language proficiency
• Quarterly travel to Korea
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with visualization tools (Amplitude/Mode)
• Strong background in statistical analysis and experimentation
• Experience optimizing marketing funnels through A/B testing and CRM sequencing
