Senior Corporate Events Manager

We empower major enterprises like Accenture, Intuit, L'Oreal, and Vanguard with our full-stack generative AI solutions. We're looking for a creative, empathetic relationship builder who thrives on organizing partner events and field marketing programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, comfort with frequent travel, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate events strategy to drive pipeline and revenue
• Manage Writer's AI Leaders Forum series and roadshow
• Identify and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain corporate events and conferences calendar
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution
• Optimize event budget ROI and resources

Requirements

• Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities
• Proven experience managing various event types, from executive dinners to large conferences
• Strong team collaboration skills, especially with sales and partnerships
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Canva, and SFDC
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Passion for AI
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time
• Experience with roadshows, workshops, and customer advisory boards (preferred)
