Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing technology stack and streamline our lead-to-opportunity process. This part-time (15 hours/week) contract position requires working from the US or Canada with hours overlapping US Pacific or Eastern time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and integrate marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models
  • Design lead nurturing campaigns and optimize lead flow
  • Generate performance reports and marketing analytics
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies
  • Manage cross-functional marketing technology projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing operations experience in SaaS startups
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS industry practices
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
