Performance Marketing Manager - Provider

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - Provider to drive the growth of our therapist and psychiatric provider network through digital channels. In this role, you'll develop and execute audience and campaign strategies across SEM, paid social, display, and video platforms while collaborating with provider sales, revops, and strategy teams to maintain a healthy marketplace balance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple paid channels (SEM, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Direct hands-on experience managing digital channels
• Proven ability to analyze data across platforms to identify trends
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years high growth startup experience
• B2B or B2SMB background
• Experience with B2B tool implementation
• Agency partner management experience
