Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead YouTube content creator partnership strategy globally
Identify and engage creators aligned with Airwallex's brand values
Design sponsored content and product review initiatives
Optimize partnership approaches using performance insights
Manage affiliate program operations, including partner onboarding and tracking
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content alignment

Requirements

5-7 years experience in partner/influencer marketing, preferably in B2B/fintech
Proven success managing content creator partnerships at scale
Deep understanding of YouTube platform and content trends
Strong analytical skills with digital marketing tool proficiency
Ability to work in fast-paced, global environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree
