Product Marketing Manager

With a team of 700+ passionate professionals spread across 5 global hubs, we're dedicated to improving lives through innovative nutrition tracking, fitness solutions, and personalized wellness journeys.

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive subscription growth and optimize conversion rates for our health and fitness app portfolio. You'll be instrumental in developing communication funnels, understanding user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to enhance our user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and generate insights to optimize website buying funnels
• Develop and test hypotheses for improving conversion rates and ARPU
• Work with acquisition and creative teams to design end-to-end funnels
• Plan and execute A/B tests to validate strategies
• Conduct pricing tests to optimize revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization
• Strong background in user research, UX, CRO principles, and A/B testing
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in IT product companies
• Experience with B2C products, preferably subscription-based
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude)
• Strong technical task-setting abilities
• Knowledge of monetization models
• Upper-intermediate English level
