We're seeking our first Senior Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer advocacy and engagement initiatives. Working with our Director of Strategic Marketing, you'll shape how we showcase our impact and build lasting relationships with our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage customer advocacy programs to support go-to-market initiatives
- Cultivate customer relationships for case studies, speaking opportunities, and testimonials
- Lead community-building initiatives to foster engagement
- Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and leverage insights
- Create compelling content including case studies, blog posts, and presentations
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on customer marketing
- Proven track record managing successful advocacy/referral programs
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Legal industry experience a plus
