Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event planning and management, from conception to execution, including budgeting and vendor management

  • Create and execute proprietary events for customers and partners to showcase our AI solutions
  • Coordinate internal company events that strengthen team culture
  • Manage and evaluate incoming event invitations for strategic alignment
  • Analyze event performance and provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, diverse events
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
