Join hyperexponential (hx) as we revolutionize Pricing Decision Intelligence in the insurance industry! Fresh off our Series B funding, we're building a marketing team that combines content, learning, and product expertise to serve high-value stakeholders in the insurance sector.

As our BDR Manager reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing, you'll build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives crucial to hx's commercial success. Your team will be instrumental in positioning our Price Decision Intelligence solution and generating qualified leads across our markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing SDR team for both inbound and outbound activities
  • Drive pipeline goals through metric analysis across our 4 sales pods (Strategic, International, SME, and US)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer, and Product Marketing teams on campaigns, events, and team optimization

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation, preferably in a low volume-high value tech environment
  • Proven track record in talent development and team building
  • Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities
  • Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of predictable revenue models and value selling practices
