Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategy for the South EMEA region
• Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through performance marketing and field events
• Create targeted events for deal acceleration
• Ensure positive ROI on all field marketing activities
• Adapt global marketing strategies for South EMEA market
• Develop local reference customers through cross-functional collaboration
• Align field marketing activities with business objectives and pipeline needs

Requirements

• 7-8 years experience in executing large-scale field marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Practical and proactive attitude with humble approach
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Proven B2B event planning and management experience
• Track record in creating successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in managing event budgets
