Director, Field & Events Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic leader to drive our field marketing and events initiatives. You'll spearhead our presence at hundreds of annual events, generate thousands of quarterly leads, and build high-performing teams that shape our in-person and virtual go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field marketing & events strategies to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth
• Build and develop high-performing teams while establishing scalable organizational infrastructure
• Direct Ramp's first customer conference in partnership with Marketing & Sales leadership
• Own ambitious pipeline targets and consistently measure program ROI
• Create data-driven processes for long-term scalability
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Product Marketing teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B events experience (both in-house and sponsored)
• 5+ years managing managers and building team structures
• Proven track record as a people leader and mentor
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills
• Sharp business acumen and analytical capabilities
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of time
