We're seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Leader to drive growth for our North America business in San Francisco. As a senior leader reporting to the President, Americas, you'll spearhead our customer acquisition efforts through both digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across all channels
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including paid social, display, and SEM
- Plan and execute offline campaigns and events
- Coordinate product launches in the Americas
- Drive content marketing strategy and white paper development
- Optimize CRM and email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results
- Generate actionable customer insights and craft compelling value propositions
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 18+ years in Marketing (B2B preferred)
- Experience with online and offline marketing channels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
Nice to Have:
- Fintech experience
- Pre-IPO startup experience
- Track record of building and scaling marketing teams
