Our creative team is expanding and seeks an Outsource & Influencer Manager to discover, onboard, and coordinate external creative talent across design, copywriting, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-potential creative professionals aligned with company goals
• Review portfolios and assess creative quality using predefined criteria
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for external contributors
• Manage contracts, payments, and compliance processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to align creative resources and project needs
• Develop long-term relationships with freelancers and creators
• Track and report on contributor performance and project efficiency
• Continuously optimize collaboration workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in creative, marketing, or UGC-focused roles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Strategic thinking and process improvement mindset
• Proficiency with project management and creator discovery tools
• Meticulous attention to detail
