Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing

Our Marketing team drives brand awareness and customer engagement through data-driven insights and creative strategies. We're currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our San Francisco office in a hybrid role, where you'll drive measurable growth through strategic paid digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, and social media
  • Analyze data to make real-time adjustments and maximize ROI
  • Develop and implement multi-channel strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Collaborate with global teams on marketing objectives
  • Manage performance marketing budgets
  • Create detailed performance reports and identify trends
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-IPO or startup experience
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Self-motivated with autonomous work style
