B2B Event Manager

As our Event Manager, you'll join our dynamic Marketing team in driving LILT's global presence through impactful events and conferences. This contract position, based on the West Coast of the U.S., reports to the Head of Demand Generation & Field Marketing and works closely with the regional Field Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute corporate tradeshow and event strategy
• Manage detailed event budgets and track ROI
• Negotiate with vendors and venues
• Oversee attendee experience from pre-event to post-event
• Execute on-site event logistics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams
• Develop promotional campaigns
• Analyze event performance and prepare comprehensive reports

Skills and Experience:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-tech
• Proven success in event campaign execution
• Strong understanding of corporate enterprise landscape
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Expert project management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo)
