Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Deel's HR products. In this role, you'll shape go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging, and empower our sales teams to succeed in positioning Deel's HR suite as the premier solution for domestic payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Create distinctive product positioning and messaging for HRIS solutions
• Design and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Produce sales enablement materials and conduct product training
• Perform market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Champion customer needs in product development

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
• Knowledge of domestic payroll processes and compliance (plus)
• Strong positioning and storytelling capabilities
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
