We're seeking a Virtual Marketing Events Specialist to help showcase our cutting-edge AI technology to a global audience through engaging virtual experiences.

As an intermediate-level Virtual Marketing Events Specialist, you'll lead our virtual events strategy and execution, creating impactful online experiences that drive business growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive virtual events calendar including webinars, workshops, and conferences
• Create and implement strategies to boost event attendance and lead generation
• Deliver best-in-class virtual experiences for attendees
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop digital assets and promotional materials
• Manage event logistics, registration, and attendee communications
• Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and technical teams
• Track and analyze event performance using Hubspot and Salesforce
• Stay current with virtual event trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in virtual events and digital marketing
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in video editing and understanding of graphic design principles
• Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
