Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We're seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Muscle Booster team, driving data-informed decisions for user acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and perform data validation
• Transform business requirements into analytical reports
• Create and maintain dashboards, define key metrics, and monitor data integrity
• Analyze marketing results to improve performance metrics
• Drive data-driven decisions through team collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Marketing/Data analyst role
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Experience with visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English
• Understanding of UA funnel (Facebook and Google)
• Multi-project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with LTV calculations for subscription models
• A/B test planning and analysis expertise

Nice to have:

• Experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
• Python knowledge (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Data design/modeling expertise
