Provider Marketing Manager - Lifecycle

We're seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive our provider engagement and acquisition strategies. You'll lead multi-channel campaigns, working closely with our product, sales, and clinical teams to optimize the provider journey and create meaningful growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for provider engagement and acquisition
  • Manage and optimize MQL to SQL handoff process
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Drive data-informed marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B lifecycle or retention marketing experience
  • 4+ years of experience working with sales teams on MQL to SQL processes
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare, mental health, or marketplace experience
  • Experience with lead scoring model development
  • Knowledge of regional marketing strategies
  • SQL proficiency or experience with large datasets
