Marketing Automation Manager

Position Overview

As our Marketing Automation Manager, you'll be instrumental in building and optimizing our Provider Marketing team's tech stack. You'll drive lead generation and customer retention through sophisticated automation strategies across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on automation and digital marketing
• Expert knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
• Proven track record working with product, engineering, and implementation teams
• Proficiency in marketing attribution and analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B or SaaS marketing experience
• Advanced automation expertise (lead scoring, behavior triggers, segmentation)
• Marketing automation platform certifications
• Strong project management capabilities
• Data integration experience across multiple systems
