Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two ASO Specialists
• Develop strategic ASO strategies for Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit
• Optimize app store performance to increase subscription conversions
• Conduct comprehensive performance analysis and competitor insights
• Implement data-driven A/B testing for creative assets and metadata
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and acquisition teams
• Manage localization strategies and comprehensive reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in ASO or mobile marketing, including 1+ year in leadership
• Proven track record developing scalable ASO strategies
• Experience with subscription-based app optimization
• Proficiency in ASO tools like AppTweak, AppFollow
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English
